2018 White Mini Dress Embroidered Flower Modified Harem Sleeves With Small Ruffle For Womens - White

This white cotton blend mini dress is whimsical and fun. The fabric is woven in such a way as to create a textured floral pattern in the material. The waistline is modified empire, rising in front to above several inches above the natural waistline, giving the dress a youthful look. The dress has modified harem sleeves. The shoulders form straps like those of a sleeveless shirt, then the sleeves are open to well below the shoulder join where they rejoin to become standard style short sleeves.
